Think Thursdays

I find that when I over think, I try to take a few steps back to my original thought. When I don't think enough, I take five minutes with something I enjoy, like tea, and start to try and focus my attention.

Tired Tuesdays

With a 9 to 5 full time job, homework, chores and spending time with family, I have little time for R & R, which brings up an important word: Tired.
