Funding Information

All full-time students who have indicated in the appropriate section of the application form that they will require financial support for their studies will be considered.

Graduate student support can come from several internal sources including teaching and research assistantships from the department, and  awards and/or fellowships from the School of Graduate Studies.  Eligible students will be considered for funding based on superior academic standing and the availability of funding.

All applicants are encouraged to apply for external scholarships.  Generally, a minimum average of A-  (80%) in each of the last two years of study is required in order to be eligible for most scholarships. Information on some external scholarship opportunities can be found here:
