Officially approved/ratified Queen's University student groups (clubs, associations, societies, teams, etc.) may use the trademarked university name (Queen's or Queen's University) in their group logo in accordance with the Student Group Identification Guidelines and Trademarks and Licensing Policy with approval from the University Relations Brand Team.
Student group representatives are asked to review the Student Group Identifications Guidelines below for detailed guidance on the creation of an approved group logo. Please note that all existing logos require review and approval. Logos will have to be updated to align with the guidelines if they infringe on Queen's trademarks or do not follow the directions for use of the trademarked university name.
All logo designs must be submitted via the online Student Group Logo Submission Form below and approved by the University Relations Brand Team prior to digital use (ie social channel or website) or print production (ie merchandise or signage). Please note that all merchandise must be submitted for approval via the online Trademark Use Approval Form.
