Josh Tupler graduated from Dartmouth College in 2016 magna cum laude with departmental honors majoring in Government, focusing on International Relations & Security, and minoring in Ethics. At Dartmouth, Josh’s senior thesis focused on assessing the military balance in East Asia and the potential for a U.S.-China conflict—which won the Nelson A. Rockefeller Memorial Prize. Josh is passionate about U.S. foreign and national security policy, and spent the year after graduating serving as a Fulbright Scholar at the Centre for International and Defence Policy at Queen’s University in Canada. After his Fulbright, Josh will be enrolling at the Yenching Academy—a highly selective international fellowship designed to cultivate global citizens who show promise to lead and innovate. Josh will be receiving a Masters Degree from Peking University in Chinese Politics and International Relations.
