Thomas is his third year of his Honors B.A. in Political Science with minors in Economics and French Literature. He is also studying Arabic language and culture at Laval University, in Quebec City. He is particularly interested in disinformation and the Middle East. At the CIDP he works on a number of projects, including the Kingston Consortium on International Security and the International and Defence Policy Speaker Series. He is also working with the Institute of Intergovernmental Relations (IIGR) and the NATO Association of Canada’s Centre for Disinformation Studies as a Junior Research Fellow. He is fluent in French and in English and has a growing knowledge of Arabic. Upon graduation, he will commission in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Second Lieutenant.
