As an Educational Developer with a focus on Learning Outcomes, Course/Curriculum Development and Review, Klodiana works closely with faculties, departments, and educators to build capacity in teaching and learning. Klodiana offers expertise, support, and resources in learning outcomes development and assessment, course and curriculum improvement, provides assistance with the cyclical program review process, and leadership in the scholarship of teaching and learning. Klodiana is a member of the Senate Cyclical Program Review Committee and the Faculty of Arts and Science Curriculum Committee.

Klodiana also maintains disciplinary teaching and research interests in health sciences (she is cross-appointed with the Department of Biomedical and Molecular Sciences). This year she is teaching ANAT 100 and SGS 901. She has been a visiting scholar in Shandong University, Shanghai University of Finance & Economics, and Northwest University for Nationalities. When she is off-campus, you will find her swimming, skating, cake decorating, or playing with her kids.
