The Joint Honours degree is intended for students who would like a strong concentration in Global Development Studies in combination with an equally strong concentration in another discipline. Joint Honours degrees can be completed with most other departments in Arts and Science. Students apply to the Joint Honours plan after their first year in Arts and Science and should have completed DEVS 100 or DEVS 101.
For students who entered the DEVS plan after May 1, 2019, a DEVS Joint Honours degree plan consists of 45 units in DEVS and DEVS-Eligible-Language courses as outlined in the chart below or on the Faculty of Arts and Science webpage.
