Last week we wrapped up the fall term with the Safka Speaker Series in Industrial Relations featuring guest lecturer Emma Frappier (MIR'18), Labour Relations Specialist, Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).
On December 1, MIR students in Professor Lilius' Organizational Behaviour course presented their organizational analysis projects - looking at a live issue in a real organization and using peer-reviewed research to both propose a change to address the issue and navigate stakeholder reactions.
The project moved to an infographic format, rather than academic posters, in line with the translation of research to practice.
Staff and faculty were invited to attend the session, view the posters, and hear more about the issues and proposed solutions from the MIR students.
On October 11, we celebrated the Fall PMIR and MIR graduating classes of 2022. Congratulations to all and best wishes on your next adventure!
