Internship Opportunities
The graduate programs at the School of Environmental Studies do not have formal internship opportunities. Students may discuss options with their Supervisors/Advisors and the Graduate Chair and incorporate opportunities into one of the three Directed Studies Courses (ENSC 840, 841, 842) available.
Students in our program have undertaken internships with:
Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations
Ontario Ministry of the Enviornment (MOE)
Queen's Sustainability Office - LEED program
City of Kingston - drafting guidlines regarding the establishment and operation of local community gardens
Other opportunities are available. Please consult with the Graduate Assistant for a list of possible internship contacts.
