Her focus will be on "Black Books: The role of black studies at the university."

This talk will briefly outline the history of Black students and faculty at Queen's University. It will also cover recent developments in research in Black history at Queen's and the development of the Black Studies minor.

There are four other speakers from MNU Partners: Dartmouth College, University of Tübingen, University of Western Australia, and University of Otago.
