My Self-Isolation Plan

Making your Self-Isolation Plan

Check the latest quarantine requirements and exemptions from testing and quarantine.  If you qualify for exemption from quarantine, you must still have a plan in place in case you are symptomatic on arrival.

If you are required to quarantine, you must have an iron-clad, detailed plan for isolating yourself upon entry to Canada. If you don't have a plan, you may not be admitted to Canada.

You must have adequate proof that you will be able to self-isolate for two weeks, away from vulnerable people, and with access to the necessities of life.

As of November 4th, all air travellers must use the ArriveCAN app to submit their self isolation plan digitally and show a printout from ArriveCAN at the border. ArriveCAN is also required for land entries.

ALL travellers must report on ArriveCAN within 48 hours of arrival.
