Harassment by Students

Concerns about Harassment by Students and Process

With reference to Article 21.4 of the Queen’s-QUFA Collective Agreement, it is understood that Members are entitled to be free from harassment by students, and that the University shall have a policy and procedure so that Members know how to take action and the process that will be followed.

The University Secretariat and Legal Counsel’s website regarding Harassment and Discrimination contains links to the University’s Harassment and Discrimination Prevention and Response Policy, which became effective on September 1, 2021.

Members who have concerns about harassment by students can access the Policy and the associated Complaint and Reporting Procedures by following the links, and thereby discover what to do if they wish to make a complaint or report, or to learn about responsibilities.
