ACTRA Information Session & Casting Discussion Free Info Session & Networking Reception

What do The Handmaid's Tale, Kim's Convenience, The Shape of Water, and Schitt's Creek have in common? All are award-winning productions featuring ACTRA talent!

If you're a filmmaker who wants to know more about getting the best talent on your production, or you're a performer interested in learning about the union, come to "ACTRA 101." Join Taisa Dekker, ACTRA Toronto Industry Relations, as she demystifies the process of working with union talent on various types of content. This presentation will introduce you to ACTRA, how to join the union, and how to produce content with the best talent in the business.

The ACTRA Presentation will be followed by a Q&A and discussion with a top Casting Director (details TBA).

ACTRA (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists) is the national union of professional performers working in the English-language recorded media in Canada.
