Evaluation and feedback are the cornerstones for continuous improvement concerning all furniture installation projects at Queen’s University.

Good feedback is an intrinsic part of monitoring/measuring how our new VORs are performing against the agreed upon Key Performance Indicators that form part of their service contracts.

The information secured through the survey process will provide all stakeholders with a snapshot view of the project, from the user’s perspective, from inception through to occupation, provide an opportunity to correct or make adjustments to immediate problems, will provide information that can be used for the next project and to objectively measure both the Queen’s University and the VOR’s performance throughout the life of the project.

The survey will be completed and submitted within 30 days of completion of furniture deficiencies.

To that end we are seeking your feedback with the following 19 questions.
