Thanks to Hamilton-Halton Branch president Janet Hueglin Hartwick, Artsci’98, who helped the Queen’s Code Life Ventilator Challenge team of students, faculty, and health professionals secure a donation of CPAP machines to help with their design. The challenge was a global call to design a low-cost and easy-to-manufacture ventilator that can be created and deployed anywhere around the world to assist with the coronavirus crisis.
