AVAILABLE EXPERT: World mourns death of David Bowie

Queen’s University music professor Robb MacKay is available to comment on the death of David Bowie. He died Sunday at the age of 69 after an 18 month battle with cancer. The legendary musician had just released his latest album entitled Blackstar.

“Often the spark, and as often the kindling, David Bowie signified several major shifts in the trajectory of pop music,” says Dr. MacKay.
