    AVAILABLE EXPERTS – Election Day

    Four Queen's University experts will be available to comment on the results of the 2015 Canadian federal election.

    Christo Aivalis (History can comment on current politics of the NDP, historical aspects of the election and labour's role in electoral politics.

    Elizabeth Goodyear-Grant (Political Studies) can comment on voter turnout, voting behaviour (especially related to gender and ethnicity), party leaders, the electoral system, voting rules and pre/post election communication strategies. 

    Kathleen Lahey (Law) can comment on tax plans, government spending plans, gender issues in relation to income, child care costs and deficit budgets.

    Tim Abray (Political Studies) can comment on questions relating to campaign advertising, campaign strategy and voter turnout. Note: Mr. Abray will be live-tweeting (@timabray) as results from the election are made available. He is available to take part in outlet-hosted Twitter chats or to provide commentary via Twitter, in addition to providing traditional media commentary.
