Local media have a unique opportunity to tour the new 334-bed Albert Street Residence as part of a public open house being held ahead of the arrival of students for the 2022 fall term.
The new residence has integrated two of the original five house from the site into its design and has achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. It provides a modern, sustainable, and inclusive living space for students. The residence features some unique elements as well, including nap pods, a prayer space, and a service animal washing station.

Where: 156 Albert Street, Kingston, ON, near the corner of Union Street on Queen’s Main Campus
