Athletics & Recreation new summer digital series

While the Queen's ARC remains closed, Athletics & Recreation wants to continue to find ways to engage with the community in support of physical health, well-being, and important social connections. May and June will feature over 30 live and pre-recorded events each week from our fitness instructors, Gaels Strength & Conditioning, Gaels coaches and players, and more to keep the Queen's community active and connected during this time of physical distancing.
Please remember to consider your personal fitness level and health status before participating in exercise programs. While the benefits of physical activity usually outweigh any risks, it is always best to check with a medical professional to find out if a new activity is right for you.
