Physical Plant Services (PPS) has extended the deadline for its online client survey deadline to Friday, April 22 in order to capture as much feedback as possible from staff, faculty and students. The
The survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, asks for feedback on the following areas:
- General conditions of campus
- Fixit
- Small repairs and maintenance
- Small projects
- Major projects
- Security
- Billing and invoicing
- Quality of services
- Level of focus (where PPS can and could focus its resources)
Based on last year’s survey results, PPS has worked to address concerns in areas such as recycling, cleaning and lighting on campus. PPS is also focused on improving communications with the campus community through its redesigned website, Twitter account, newsfeed and quarterly newsletter.
