Here are 10 quick ways that you can ‘Get Your 150’:

  1. Walk to get groceries
  2. When you have a scheduled meeting take it outside and walk and talk
  3. Bring readings to the ARC and do them while on the stationary bike
  4. Plan gym time into your schedule and treat it as if it were a class so you’ll be less likely to skip it
  5. Get a gym buddy to motivate you to go work out at the ARC
  6. Do pushups or sit-ups while watching your favourite TV show
  7. Have a 5-minute dance break to your favourite song when you’re feeling stressed
  8. Take the stairs (free gym!)
  9. Get a full 8 hours of sleep every night
