Each year Jan. 27 is marked internationally as Holocaust Memorial Day.

At Queen’s University, two community events are being held.

The first is being hosted by the Queen's Jewish Medical Student Association, which will reflect on Holocaust remembrance in medicine. This event will take place on Zoom, from 12:30-1:30 pm.

Please register online to attend.

The second event is organized by Shelley Katz, musician-in-residence for the Bader International Study Centre (BISC), and hosted by the town of Hasting. The online memorial includes a video from Principal and Vice-Chancellor Patrick Deane, as well as local dignitaries. There will also be a musical performances by the BISC Choir.
