The Information Technology Support Centre (ITSC) will extend its support hours for telephone and online inquiries from Sept. 4-16, 2016, in order to better serve the campus community.
The extended hours are in addition to regular posted hours. They are as follows:
- Sunday, Sept. 4 and Monday Sept. 5: 9 am-4:30 pm
- Tuesday, Sept. 6 through Friday, Sept. 9: 5-8 pm
- Monday, Sept. 12 through Friday, Sept. 16: 5-8 pm
The ITSC is the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students with ITS. It provides assistance, information, and referrals for all Queen’s IT-related issues.
