The Information Technology (IT) Support Centre will extend its support hours for telephone and online inquiries from Jan. 4-8 in order to better serve the campus community.
The revised hours are as follows:
- Telephone support: 8 am until 8 pm
- Online help form: 8 am until 8 pm
- Walk-in support: 9 am until 4 pm (closed between noon and 1 pm)
The IT Support Centre is the first point of contact for faculty, staff and students with ITS. It provides assistance, information and referrals for all Queen’s IT-related issues. Visit the IT Support Centre to learn more about its services.
