IT Support Centre introduces new telephone support menu

The IT Support Centre has updated its telephone support menu to improve service and expedite wait times on the telephone support line. When you hear the option that best describes your issue, please press the corresponding number. You will now be immediately directed to common resolutions for your specific issue and will be prompted to take a series of steps to remedy the problem. Should these steps not resolve your issue, you can still choose to speak with an agent.

The new support menu will be live Thursday, Oct. 4.
