Mackintosh-Corry Hall north elevator briefly out of service Friday morning

The north passenger elevator (EL1641) in Mackintosh-Corry Hall will be shut down on Friday, Oct. 13 between 9 am and 10 am (approximate timing) to permit a contractor, working on behalf of Physical Plant Services, to commission the air conditioner for the elevator machine room as per an order issued by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority.

There are three accessible entrances and a number of access routes to the upper floors in Mackintosh-Corry Hall as described in the Campus Accessibility Guide. During this service interruption, occupants and visitors may access the north upper floors of the building via Robert Sutherland Hall levels 3, 4, and 5 to Mackintosh-Corry Hall C wing, levels 3, 4 and 5. There are no automatic door openers at any of these levels.
