Do you know a staff member or team that goes above and beyond to make Queen’s University a great place to work and study?

Why not nominate them for a Special Recognition for Staff Award? The deadline to submit a nomination is Oct. 14.

The award celebrates staff members who consistently provide outstanding contributions during their workday at a level significantly beyond what is usually expected. Some examples include improving the workplace efficiency, enhancing the quality of work life, providing outstanding customer service, or helping solve problems.

Last year’s winners were Kathy Baer (Gender Studies), Kimberley Bell (Library), Andy Hooper (ITS), Agathe Nicholson (French Studies), Carol Noel (Biology), Tice Post (Biology), Kathy Reed (Health Sciences and Affiliated Hospitals Research Ethics Board), and Françoise Sauriol (Chemistry).
