Steam shutdown scheduled for a number of buildings on May 10

A steam shutdown is scheduled for Abramsky Hall, Biosciences Complex (including Earl Hall), Cataraqui Building, and the School of Medicine on Thursday, May 10 between 8 am and 4 pm (approximate timing) to permit the operating engineers at the Central Heating Plant to perform critical repairs in manhole B-09.

During the shutdown period, there will be no new steam production for domestic hot water tanks, heating systems, commercial kitchens and steam-reliant equipment within the affected buildings.
