    Take the PPS client satisfaction survey

    The second annual Physical Plant Services (PPS) client satisfaction survey is now open.

    PPS intends to use the survey results to determine the most effective and beneficial allocation of its resources.

    The survey asks for feedback on the following areas:

    • General conditions of campus
    • Fixit
    • Small repairs and maintenance
    • Small projects
    • Major projects
    • Security
    • Billing and invoicing
    • Quality of services
    • Level of focus (where PPS can and could focus its resources)
