UPDATE: Theological Hall water restored

The contractor has completed the required scope of work without issue, so water service was restored to Theological Hall at approximately 7:45 am.

A building water shutdown is scheduled for Theological Hall on Monday, Nov. 5 between 6 am and noon (approximate timing) to permit a contractor, working on behalf of Physical Plant Services, to cap off existing water lines in the basement of the building.

During the shutdown period, there will be no domestic hot or cold water service available for hand washing, flushing toilets or kitchen use.

There will be no fire safety implications arising out of this shutdown as the building’s fire sprinkler system is serviced by a separate water feed.
