About:

Dr. Streich is a specialist in housing, urban studies, public policy and evaluation. She obtained her degrees in geography at London University (England) and her Master's at the University of Wisconsin before completing a doctorate at Queen's University (Kingston). Her work experience includes planning at the municipal and provincial levels, and evaluating housing policies and programs with Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation. Recent projects include work on Canada's Affordable Housing Initiative, family violence, and housing finance policies.

Dr. Streich teaches courses in housing policy, affordable housing and program evaluation.
