Former Adjunct Professor Receives Order of St. George

Congratulations to former Adjunct Professor, Ben Whiting, on receiving a Knighthood from the Order of St. George, the Canadian Priory.

"The Order of St George, which is an international order, exists to promote and pursue the timeless traditions of chivalry by compassion and supporting works of charity specific to the men and women in uniform who serve their respective communities and nations"

Ben, who is currently the VP of Exploration for Dolly Varden Silver Corporation, received this honour for his past military service and volunteer work. The ceremony of investiture took place in St. George's Cathedral in Kingston, Ontario, on October 5, 2019.
