Choosing a Gender Studies Major in Plan Selection May 2019?

Be sure you are choosing the correct degree program. If you want to be a Gender Studies Major you need to choose a BA Honours degree program. If you choose a BA you will end up in a BA General in Gender Studies three-year degree. Students with at least a C- in a GNDS 120 or 125 course and a cumulative GPA of at least 1.90 are eligible for a GNDS Major, Medial or Minor. All of these are options in the Honours degree program only. For any questions, please feel free to contact Kathy Baer (gndsug@queensu.ca) or call 613-533-6318. Or stop by the Gender Studies Main Office, D508 Mackintosh-Corry Hall to chat about your degree options or the SXGD Certificate.

For more information on Plan Selection, May 13-24, please see the Faculty of Arts and Science page: https://www.queensu.ca/artsci/undergrad-students/plan-selection.
