    The DDQIC Event Commons is a large, open space that makes the perfect venue for conferences, speakers, and other relatively large events. The space is dynamic with retractable bleacher seating that allows you to adapt the layout to best suit your event.

Located in Mitchell Hall (69 Union St W, Kingston, ON K7L 2N9) The Rose Innovation Hub offers the following bookable rooms (please note: the maximum capacity is without tables):

* While there is no rental fee associated with these bookings, a small cost may be incurred to recover wages for our Booking and Administrative Assistant ($17/hour). Whether or not these costs are incurred will depend on the level of administrative support required.
