Apply to the Global Career Seminar and Internationalize Your Degree without Leaving Canada!

​Kwansei Gakuin University's Cross Cultural College - Global Career Seminar introduces current business issues and provides students with an opportunity to analyze and find solutions for actual problems assigned to them by companies and organizations based in Japan. In previous years, participating companies included Air Canada, Hardy Stevenson and Associates Limited, Kuehne + Nagel, Moneris, and Toyota Canada Inc. This unique program provides students with an insight into cross-cultural business relations, tangible experience and an opportunity to network with internationally-minded peers and company representatives from Canada and Japan.

Program participants spend their February Reading Week (February 19-24) in Toronto working with peers from Kwansei Gakuin University, the University of Toronto, and Mount Allison University. Successful completion of the program will yield a 3.0 credit from KGU which can be transferred to Queen's as a 3.0 academic unit. The application deadline for the Global Career Seminar has been extended to Friday, November 10, 2017. Applications and supporting documents for the Global Career Seminar 2018 program (February 19-24, 2018) are due in the IPO by 4:30pm on November 10, 2017.
