Please note: You must have a data plan on your device for it to register with the Blackberry Enterprise Server.

 

To register your Blackberry device you must appear in the Queen's Global Address List (GAL).If you are not sure if you are visable or have decided to hide yourself for the GAL, please go into the NetID manager (https://netid.queensu.ca), select Publishing Options Settings and check the box below the Queen's Global Address List, if the checkbox is blank, then click Save.

Please note: The Z10 from Blackberry will not work with our Blackberry Enterprise Server. You will need to use ActiveSync to access your email. Please see http://www.zensoftware.co.uk/kb/KnowledgebaseArticle10458.aspx for instructions.
