Did you select “Access/Security” as the type of issue? If you did, please answer the questions below so we can reply to your request quickly:

Is this access new or a modification of your existing access?
Do you need read (view) or write (update/change) access?
Have you received PS Student training?
What access do you require and why?
When do you need the access to be granted?

When you submit the form, PeopleSoft Student System Support Centre staff will escalate the issue for follow-up no later than 2 business days.
