Queen's Global Address List (GAL)

The Global Address List (GAL) contains the names and email addresses of everyone with an active Queen's email account. It is visible to those using an email client (e.g. Microsoft Office 2010 or 2011) to access their Queen's email, as well as to those accessing Queen's email using the Outlook Web App (OWA) and Office 365.

The names and email addresses published in the GAL are not publicly available - they are visible only to the members of the Queen's community in order to facilitate email and calendar communications across the University.

Queen's Alumni Global Address List (AGAL)

There is also a dedicated Alumni Global Address List (AGAL) for Queen's alumni who use the Queen's Email Service for Alumni, and is accessible only within this service. The AGAL is not shared with Queen's students, faculty or staff outside the Office of Advancement, and is not published on externally accessible webpages.
