Request Information

Siteimprove user account

To request the addition/removal/change to a Siteimprove user account, please provide the following information for each user:

  • User's name and email address
  • Name and URL of any site that the user requires access
  • Change requested

Siteimprove site

To request that your site be added to the Queen's Siteimprove account, removed or changed, please provide the following information:

  • Department or affiliation with Queen's University
  • Name and URL of any site to add/remove/change
  • Name and email address of any user requiring access to site reports

Siteimprove Content Management System (CMS) Deeplink

The Siteimprove CMS Deeplink is a direct link into your CMS' editing environment. It has the potential to bring you directly to the corresponding page in your site that you were viewing in Siteimprove. The link makes it possible to move quickly between Siteimprove and your CMS, therefore making the process of finding and fixing errors on your website more efficient.
To request the setup of a CMS Deeplink, please information about your CMS and a couple of examples of URls from your site to illustrate how your live pages connect to your editable pages. Please include non-home page URLs in your examples (e.g.
