Request Information

Siteimprove user account

To request the addition/removal/change to a Siteimprove user account, please provide the following information for each user:

  • User's name and email address
  • Name and URL of any site that the user requires access
  • Change requested

Siteimprove site

To request that your site be added to the Queen's Siteimprove account, removed or changed, please provide the following information:

  • Department or affiliation with Queen's University
  • Name and URL of any site to add/remove/change
  • Name and email address of any user requiring access to site reports

Click the Submit button to send your request. You will receive an email confirmation if your request is successfully submitted. There is no need to reply to this email.
Please contact the IT Support Centre at 613-533-6666 if you experience problems using this form.
