WebPublish Site Contact Information

A site requires two site owners (both should be full-time staff or faculty members), who will act as the primary contacts for the site and will be given the site administrator role upon site creation. Site owners are responsible for:

  • managing user access to the site's authoring environment;
  • requesting changes to the site, such as modifications to the site theming or the enabling of additional modules;
  • providing approval for any site change requests submitted by other users in the site (e.g., site administrator, publisher, etc.).

Note: The website name will appear in Google search results and browser tabs. It will also be used in the website's banner.

 
 

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic.

 

If you selected yes, please designate a Google email account for accessing the analytics data or provide the Google Analytics property ID, if one already exists.

 
 

Siteimprove

Your site will need to be compliant with the provincial accessibility requirements outlined in Section 14 of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Siteimprove web governance software provides flexible reporting for accessibility compliance at Levels A, AA and AAA of WCAG 2.0. It can also be used for general quality assurance, by identifying broken links and misspellings. The service is offered free of charge, for the duration of the current subscription.
