On January 5, 2022, the IT Services website upgraded from WebPublish 2.0 to WebPublish 3.0. The purpose of the upgrade is to:
• Ensure we continue to use a supported content management system and IT Services’ website data remains secure
• Provide a streamlined catalog of IT service offerings for the Queen’s community
• Enhance the look and feel of the website to be more user-friendly
What actions do I need to take?
The URL for the IT Services website remains the same (and if you're here, you've found it!); however, individual page links may have broken or may now redirect you to our new end-user knowledge base. You'll need to update any saved bookmarks.
Redirects have been implemented for high-traffic pages only.
How do I navigate the new site?
Our new site is intended to promote new, relevant, and/or timely services to the Queen's community. You will notice promotional material in the homepage slider of rotating images (MFA, Endpoint Protection, etc.)
If you are looking for support articles and how-to guides, head over to our end-user knowledge base and search for your keyword. You can browse the knowledge base without being logged in, but to access additional content (such as service request forms) you will need to login with your NetID and password.
If you search the knowledge base while logged in, you can tell the difference between a service request form and a knowledge base article by the "book" icon next to the title, as pictured below:
