Q. Why do I receive the message that my account is incompatible with To-Do?
Microsoft To-Do currently requires an Exchange Online mailbox in order to store and sync your to-dos. On-premise Exchange accounts are not supported.
Q. How can I see my to-dos in Outlook Tasks?
One of Microsoft To-Do’s features is an integration with Outlook Tasks. To view your Microsoft To-Do tasks on your Outlook Desktop client or on Office 365 at, you simply need to use the same Microsoft Account to log in to both Microsoft To-Do and Outlook. All to-dos are stored on Exchange Online servers, so they will be shown in both Microsoft To-Do and Outlook Tasks automatically.
Q. Can I import my data from another app on the Web or Windows?
Yes. In Windows, you can import data from Wunderlist and on the Web you can import from Wunderlist or Todoist. When you import your lists and tasks into To-Do, they'll also be available in other Microsoft products such as Exchange and Outlook Tasks.
