Email Tutorials for On-premise Exchange

NOTE:  As of March 7, 2017, auto-discovery of email settings will no longer be available.  Email clients configured to access on-premise email will need to be configured manually with server settings.  Tutorials have been updated to reflect manual settings in supported clients.

 These tutorials are for the Microsoft Exchange email service.

Undergraduate, graduate and professional students, alumni, staff and faculty have their email and calendar accounts on Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online),  a web-based suite of services from Microsoft. 

Outlook 2016 does not allow manual configurations for connecting to on-premise email with an exchange protocol.  Outlook 2016 users will need to configure their client for IMAP only.

Office 2016 is now available at for download and installation on campus computers only.
