Wireless
Windows:
- Click on the Wi-Fi
symbol located in the taskbar (lower-right, by the clock)
- Select the Wi-Fi network in question
- Click Disconnect
- Now, click Connect and enter your NetID and password
Mac OS X:
- Click the Apple menu and select System Preferences
- Select Network
- Select Wi-Fi and click Advanced
- Select the Wireless network in question (QueensuSecure_WPA2)
- Now click the minus [ - ] symbol to remove the Wi-Fi connection
- Click ok and close the Network window and click Apply to have it save the changes
- Now, to reconnect:
- click the
symbol at the top of the main screen.
- Select the QueensuSecure_WPA2 Wi-Fi network
- Enter your NetID & password
iOS iPhone/iPad:
- Tap Settings
- then select Wi-Fi
- identify the WiFi connection in question
- Select the blue circle with the "i" inside it (i)
- Tap Forget This Network
- Then select the QueensuSecure_WPA2
- Enter your NetID & Password
- Accept the Certificate for netauth.queensu.ca by tapping Trust
Android Mobile:
- Tap the Apps Icon
- Then tap Settings
- Tap Wi-Fi and select the Wi-Fi connection in question (QueensuSecure_WPA2)
- Erase and re-enter the correct password
- Tap Connect
