  1. Click on the Wi-Fi  symbol located in the taskbar (lower-right, by the clock)
  2. Select the Wi-Fi network in question
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Now, click Connect  and enter your NetID and password

Mac OS X:

  1. Click the Apple menu and select System Preferences
  2. Select Network
  3. Select Wi-Fi and click Advanced
  4. Select the Wireless network in question (QueensuSecure_WPA2)
  5. Now click the minus [ - ] symbol to remove the Wi-Fi connection
  6. Click ok and close the Network window and click Apply to have it save the changes
  7. Now, to reconnect:
  8. click the  symbol at the top of the main screen.
  9. Select the QueensuSecure_WPA2  Wi-Fi network
  10. Enter your NetID & password

iOS iPhone/iPad:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. then select Wi-Fi
  3. identify the WiFi connection in question 
  4. Select the blue circle with the "i" inside it (i)
  5. Tap Forget This Network
  6. Then select the QueensuSecure_WPA2
  7. Enter your NetID Password
  8. Accept the Certificate for by tapping Trust

Android Mobile:

  1. Tap the Apps Icon
  2. Then tap Settings 
  3. Tap Wi-Fi and select the Wi-Fi connection in question (QueensuSecure_WPA2)
  4. Erase and re-enter the correct password
  5. Tap Connect
