Students living and studying abroad may experience slow connections, increased latency, and inconsistent access while using Queen's learning technologies. Queen's has engaged the Global Accelerator Network Service from Alibaba Cloud, a China-based company, to improve network flows. The degree of improvement from use of the Global Accelerator Network Service will vary depending upon your location and your residential internet speed. Please note that this service is only to be used to access academic resources in the conduct of learning at Queen's.
Eligibility
- At this time, this service is available to students residing in China and enrolled in current term courses.
Getting Started
If you are interested in this service, please submit a request form and you will be contacted with access and installation instructions.
Note that:
- These login credentials are separate from your Queen's NetID and Password.
- You will be required to change your password upon your first login.
