Overleaf

Overleaf is an online collaborative scientific writing and publishing tool.  Using LaTex or Rich Text editing, Overleaf makes the process of writing, editing, and producing scientific papers efficient, providing support and templates for text, layout, graphics, and formula.  Overleaf enables researchers, students, and faculty members to collaborate on scientific papers, reports, and other documents from anywhere in the world.  Moreover, Overleaf provides users with a series of templates for academic journals, bibliographies, books, CVs, scientific posters, etc.

Accessibility

  • Overleaf is compliant with WCAG 2.0 at Level AA and Section 508

Availability

  • The targeted availability of this service is twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (24x7).
  • Users of the service should expect occasional but infrequent service interruptions or slowdowns, both planned and unplanned.
  • Where it is necessary to schedule system maintenance that necessitates a service outage, Overleaf will do this outside of regular business hours, whenever possible.
  • Please check the ITS Notification page for information about unplanned service outages.
