Delete a Queen's Email Account
- On the Home screen of your device, tap the Settings icon
- The Settings screen will open
- Scroll down until you see Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap that option
- The Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen will open
- Select your Queen's Email account
- Your Queen's email account information will be displayed
- Tap the Delete Account button at the bottom of the screen
- The Deleting the account warning will be displayed. Don't worry - your email, calendar, contacts, and reminders are waiting for you in Office 365
- Click the Delete Account button
Add a Queen's Email Account
- Tap Settings
- Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Select Add Account
- Choose Microsoft Exchange
- Email: enter your full email address using NetID@queensu.ca format only
- Password: enter your NetID password
- Description: enter a name of your choosing for the account
- Tap Next
- The server name should auto-populate
- If the server is not detected, please enter outlook.office365.com in the server field.
- In the Email: field enter your full email address using NetID@queensu.ca format only
- In the Password: field enter your NetID password
- Tap Done
- Select what features (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes) you would like to sync on your device
- Tap Save
- You are now ready to use your Office 365 account on your device.
