Telephone Lines for Polycom Conference Phone Use
ITS has installed permanently active analog lines for use with the Polycom conference phone in the most frequently used conference rooms on campus to better assist departments with their teleconferencing needs. Conference Phones will need to be provided by the users. See the Additional Information section for recommended models.
Eligibility:
- Any student office
- faculty
- staff.
Where:
In addition to the most frequently used conference rooms, there are also public rooms on campus equipped with analog phone jacks, These rooms are booked through Room Reservations

Departments can order their own Polycom conference phone from the preferred vendor http://www.rundlj.com/index.php
These are the recommended models:
- Polycom Soundstation2 (non-expandable) with Display
- Polycom Soundstation2 (expandable) with Display
- Polycom wireless (expandable)
- Mics(2) for expandable unit
* Expandable means it is compatible to add the extra microphones
