Margaret Maliszewska is Queen's alumna ( Ph.D in German Language and Literature 2009) and has been working at Queen's since her graduation as an administrative assistant in the Department of German, taking care of programs in German, Chinese, Japanese and Linguistics. In the new Department, her duties are divided up between undergraduate, graduate and administrative areas.
Dr. Margaret is the first person you will see coming to the main office. In her capacity as Undergraduate Assistant, she advises students in selecting courses, registration and plans, oversees the registration process, monitors course enrollments, prepares degree lists and program assessment forms for all degree students, coordinates student evaluations and examinations, assists with transfer of credits and letters of permission. If you have questions about anything else, she will answer it or find someone who can!
She also helps faculty members with submission of grants, research accounts, professional expense accounts and contracts for work-study students.
