Abstract
In this show the reasons for the 2000/2001 cholera epidemic in South Africa are discussed, highlighting the effects of poor water and health service delivery and the introduction of prepaid meters. Community members from areas affected by the outbreak are interviewed, as well as researchers into the causes of the cholera epidemic.
